a simple update of myself. my right knee is kinda getting more worse. i no longer can walk far distance, climb flights and flights of stairs. was limping and limping. sometimes i just pretend its ok, when im suffering in the inside. lol. ok done. bye.

ok, first thing first. i would like to say congrats to that someone from my past, coz shes getting married. and so kind of u to jempot and at the same time im sory i cant come coz its on ndp and im part of it. so congrats again.
